Legal status of the minor in the administrative and jurisdictional production

In the presented article, the author considers the historical stages of development of the legal status of a minor in Russian law, the form of participation of a minor in modern proceedings on administrative offenses, his rights and obligations, guarantees of legal status. As a result, the article considers the rights and obligations of a minor as a participant in administrative proceedings.
