Legal status of workers of Zamoskovny mining district in late XVIII – first half of XIX century in retrospect modernization paradigm of Russia

The article is based on material of foundations of the Moscow Mining Board and the Mining Department. The focus of the formation processes of the social struc-ture of industrial society. On the example of the workers Zamoskovny mining district at the end of XVIII – early XIX century analyzed the legal status of industrial work-ers, social group, which arose due to the industrialization of the country and the de-velopment of market relations.
