Law regulation of budgetary financing of education in conditions of the Federal law “On education in the Russian Federation”

The article is devoted to the issues of legal regulation of budgetary financing of education in the conditions of action of the Federal law 29.12.2012 № 273-FZ "On education in the Russian Federation". The great value in the article is attached to comparison of the specified law with the earlier acted Law of the Russian Federation "On education", to the analysis of the relevant standards of the Constitution of the Russian Federation. As problems the author points at inefficiency of the use of budgetary funds which are available to educational organization, and also a lack of correlation between the procedures of assessment of quality of education provided by the Federal law "On education in the Russian Federation" in the state or municipal educational organization and the amount of financing of this educational organization.
