Legal regulation of the marriage contract in the Russian Federation

This article discusses the features of the legislative consolidation of the marriage contract in the Russian Federation. In particular, the norms of the Family code of the Russian Federation and the Civil code of the Russian Federation concerning the establishment of requirements for the form of such an agreement, the time of its conclusion, the content and specifics of execution are analyzed.
