Legal regulation of marriage relations with participation of a foreign element

Every year the relations of the Russian Federation with foreign countries become closer. Today simplified the procedure for travel abroad of citizens of the Russian Federation and entry into the territory of the Russian Federation that gives the chance to inhabitants of any region of the Russian Federation without hindrance to visit different countries. In this regard, the number of marriages concluded by Russian citizens with foreign citizens is increasing.
