Legal regulation of early exit of an employee from parental leave

This article deals with the problems faced by the worker, during the early return to work from maternity leave and child care. Based on the analysis of the Russian legislation, I have established a list of necessary documents for the early release of an employee to work. In accordance with the lab our code defines the obligation of the employer .
