Legal regulation of finances of the modern Russian court system

This paper is devoted to a study of the legal regulation of the issue of the finances of the modern judicial system in the Russian Federation. It examines various instruments of legal regulation of this issue through the prism of the Institute of the budget law. In conclusion, it is concluded that in order for the judiciary to effectively spend budget funds, it is proposed to create a system of external monitoring of the functioning of the judicial system. The most important form of such monitoring will be a regular audit of the effectiveness of justice. The chief judicial auditor (or the auditing judge) must be appointed directly by the president, which will ensure his independence from the judiciary.
