Legal regulation of state real estate registration

The article discusses the current problems of legal regulation of state registration of real estate. Particular emphasis is placed on the analysis of law enforcement practice, which demonstrates the existence of legal gaps in the regulation of the area under consideration. Taking into account the identified issues, ways to improve the current legislation are proposed.
