Legal regulations of the imperative forms of the direct democracy: analyzing the regional legislation

A pooled analysis of regional legislation governing the implementation of the imperative forms of democracy shows that it contains a significant number of legal acts of the subjects of the Russian Federation regulating the organization and the conduct of elections and referendums.The laws subjects of the Russian Federation, the governing referenda and elections to bodies of state power and local self-government are diverse, which makes it possible to classify them.
