Legal regulation of environmental problems in the Russian Federation

The article deals with the main issues of legal regulation of public relations in the field of environmental protection, nature management and environmental safety in the Russian Federation. Special attention is paid to measures of responsibility for environmental offenses. The necessity of control measures for the implementation of legislative norms in the field of ecology in Russia is justified.
