Legal regulation of electronic arbitration agreement

The article is considered the theoretical approaches to the analysis of the conception of electronic arbitration agreement, the legal regulation of electronic arbitration agreement, the forms and content of electronic arbitration agreement. The author of this article is analyzed the international legal acts, regulating the procedure for the concluding electronic arbitration agreement and determined that the electronic arbitration agreement may be concluded by using electronic messages and electronic means of communication.
