Legal regulation of the key rate

The article provides an analysis of existing doctrinal studies on the key rate of the Bank of Russia. The author studied the history of introducing the key rate, described the procedure for accepting the value of the key rate. The conclusion is made about the need to consolidate the concept of the key rate in the regulatory legal acts.
