Legal regulation of the collective agreement in the context of social-partnership relations

This article considers the features of the collective agreement legal regulation, signed by subjects of social-partnership rela- tions in the organization. The article author has discussed the issues concerning an order of the project development, discussion of it, change of provi- sions, signing of the collective agreement by the parties. Social partnership, collective agreements and contracts should be reviewed as a system of interaction between the state in general, authorized representatives of it at different levels of the social organization with employers, various groups of hiring workers and the public organizations expressing their interests. The collective agreement is one of the most important forms of social partnership and it is among the subjects of labour on matters relating to their sphere of activity. The author is noted the existing shortcomings interfering development and implementation of the collective agreement in the organizations at this stage of its development and application of the labour legislation, that need to be addressed for their effective realization.
