Legal regulation of competitive relations in the field of intellectual property

This article discusses the current problems of legal regulation of competitive relations in the field of intellectual property. The author analyzes the features of the competitive environment, gaps and contradictions in legislation. Solutions are proposed to improve the protection of intellectual property rights in an innovative economy and to increase competition between business entities. Special attention is paid to the prevention of unfair competition related to the illegal use of intellectual property results. In conclusion, the author concludes that it is advisable to further develop legislation in this area and formulates a number of proposals to optimize the legal regulation of competitive relations in the intellectual property market.
