Legal regulation of information technology contracts in the Russian Federation

The article examines the legal aspects of regulating IT contracts in the Russian Federation, analyzes the current legislation and identifies existing gaps. Special attention is paid to the classification of contracts in the field of information technology, their features, as well as problems of law enforcement. The purpose of the study is to develop proposals for improving the regulatory framework, taking into account international practice and modern technological realities. The presented analysis can be used in the formation of legislative policy in the field of the digital economy and in the development of standard forms of IT contracts.
