Legal regulation of the personal non- property relations in the conditions of the Eurasian Economic Union (EEU)

In this work processes of globalization and social transformation in the former Soviet Union, also the formation of persons and families following from the strategy of construction and development of the states of EEU are considered. In work ways of improvement of family precepts of law and also legal regulation of the personal non-property relations are given in the countries entering into EEU.
