Legal regulation of educational measures applied to juvenile offenders in Russian legislation and the legislation of foreign countries

The article examines the approaches existing at the present stage to the issues of legislative consolidation and legal regulation of educational measures applied to juvenile offenders in the legislation of certain European countries, CIS countries and domestic legislation, the study of educational measures in a number of foreign countries is carried out, on the basis of which it is proposed to identify the types of educational measures based on their content and orientation, proposals are being made to improve legislation.
