Regulation tax to mining operations in the gas industry: prospects of development

Since January, 1st, 2004 in chapter 26 of Taxation Code of the Russian Federation have been made rather important changes for the oil-and-gas industry. In particular, the legislator has refused listing all kinds of deposits, and used more convenient concept «all kinds of deposits of hydrocarbonic raw material». The fact of amendments has emphasized, that within 2002-2003 some collisions took place, and they were solved not how the legislator has fixed.
