Legal regulation of the new model of the strategic planning

The article is devoted to the legal regulation of the legal relations of strategic planning in the context of the new legal system resulting from the entry into force of the Federal law dated 28.06.2014 № 172-FZ “On strategic planning in the Russian Federation”. In turn this leads to the need to implement the activities of the federal and regional state authorities, as well as other participants to comply with the requirements of the federal law on the strategic planning system. The adoption of Law № 172 is a legal fact forming a mandatory obligation to harmonize the regional legislation into line with its terms for the strategic planning of participants of all the constituent entities of the Russian Federation. To this end, a number of events for 2015, 2016 and 2017 years by the Law № 172 (article 74 of the Law № 172) was planned.
