Legal regulation of the turnover of biological waste in hypermarkets

The Supreme court of the Republic of Mari El recognized as lawful the actions of the veterinary Committee of the Republic of Mari El to take appropriate measures in relation to hypermarkets "Pyaterochka" to ensure proper circulation of products and raw materials of animal origin with expired shelf life, taking into account the requirements of Veterinary and sanitary rules of collection, disposal and destruction of biological waste, approved by the Chief state veterinary inspector of the Russian Federation December 4, 1995 № 13-7-2/469.
