Legal regulation of agricultural lands

The article discusses the results of a 20-year development process of agricultural lands in the Russian Federation that emerged during this period problems and prospects. Particular attention is paid to the legal regulation of disposal of land shares. The recommendations for the practical application of legal norms that have not explicitly dealt with in the legislation, but are derived from the meaning of the Federal Law of 29 December 2010 № 435-FZ «On Amendments to Certain Legislative Acts of the Russian Federation regarding the improvement of agricultural lands».
