The article reveals the essence and concept of digitalization of labor relations. The role of the use of digital technology in the labor sphere is determined. The factors contributing to the introduction of digital technology in labor relations between employees and employers are identified. An analysis is made of the discussion of the opinions of scientists from various fields, such as economists, lawyers, sociologists, etc., on the advantages and disadvantages of introducing digital technology into labor relations. The changes made to the labor legislation, taking into account the digitalization of labor relations, are considered. The legal regulation of control over the fulfillment of labor duties by employees through personnel assessment is determined as the main direction in the personnel management system. A discussion is presented on the advantages and disadvantages of introducing digital technology into personnel assessment procedures.
