Legal regulation of appraisal activities in the Russian Federation: system approach and the ways of appraiser's legal status development

The article deals with the features of legal regulation of appraisal activities in the Russian Federation. Special attention is paid to the system approach and the ways of appraiser's legal status development. The author analyses shortcomings in functioning of some elements of self-regulation institution.
