Legal regulation of telemedical services

The article considers the institute of telemedicine. In connection with the introduction of significant changes to the Law "On the basics of health care..." the provision of telemedicine services has reached a new level, and therefore it is required to analyze the basic requirements of the legislator for this type of activity, as well as to consider the prospects for the development of telemedicine.
