Legal regulation of the organization fire safety: history and modernity (on the example of the Murmansk region)

The article analyzes the main legal acts that became basic when creating a fire safety organization in Russia, and then in the Kola North. The author draws attention to the peculiarities of organizing the fight against fire in Murmansk. The article assesses the state of activity and the role of the All-Russian Voluntary Fire Society in the fire safety of the region.
