Legal regulation of relations with the participation of artificial intelligence

This article examines the draft laws currently being developed by Russia and foreign countries, and also highlights approaches to the legal regime of artificial intelligence and robots. The goals of regulating relations in the field of artificial intelligence technologies are determined, it is indicated, taking into account what principles the achievement of the goals should be carried out. The directions of development of regulation of artificial intelligence and robotics are highlighted.
