Legal regulation of relations in the field of personal data

The article analyzes the Institute of personal data, the principles of personal data processing, normative legal acts regulating public relations in the field of personal data processing. The rights of the subjects of personal data are described, as well as the powers (rights and obligations) of the holders (owners) of personal data arrays. The study reveals that the principles of regulation of legal relations in the field of ensuring the security of personal data, as well as the protection of the right to privacy are the same in the legislation of the studied states, and this is due to the global nature of the problem of personal data protection, which is most acute in the modern world of development information technologies.
