Legal regulation of the transfer of the pledged property to the property of the pledgee within the framework of the extrajudicial procedure for the sale of the pledged property

In this research article investigated issues related to legal regulation of the subject of pledge in an extrajudicial procedure for the implementation of the mortgaged property. The main provisions of the Russian legislation in this area are studied and analyzed, as well as significant problems are identified and ways to solve them are proposed.
