Legal regulation of medical organizations’ entrepreneurial activity: problems and restrictions

The article addresses the legal regulation of the activities of medical organizations. The analysis of the current domestic legislation is carried out, attention is paid to the consideration of restrictions imposed on private medical organizations. The article identifies the main problematic aspects in the legal regulation in this field.
