Legal regulation of representation in civil law

The article deals with the most relevant and widespread problems of legal regulation of representation in civil law. The author refers to them: a transaction of a representative with a bona fide third party; power of attorney in electronic form; the law applicable to the relations of representation; representation due to circumstances, as well as an irrevocable power of attorney. In the article, the author gives a description of each of these problems of representation. Today, the scope of representation covers an ever wider range of both property and non-property relations, and is becoming more and more in demand.
