Legal regulation of suppression of flight of the aircraft used as the crime instrument

Purpose: The analysis of questions of regulation of suppression of flight of the aircraft used as the crime instrument. Methodology: The author used formal-legal and comparative legal methods. Results: The author drew a conclusion that existence in the Russian legislation of the precepts of law defining an order of suppression of flight of the aircraft used in quality the crime instrument is important means of the general prevention of infringement of the rights and legitimate interests of citizens, societies and the states, at the same time really these norms were not applied yet. Novelty/originality/value: Article has the high scientific value as is one of the first scientific works devoted to the considered problem.
