Legal regulation of land privatization in the Russian Federation

Currently, privatization is one of the main priorities of the socio-economic development of the Russian Federation. The article examines legislation in the field of land privatization, identifies gaps in legal regulation in this area and conflicts between the Civil Code of the Russian Federation and the Land Code of the Russian Federation. The problem of the absence of the concept of actual land use in the legislation is determined. In conclusion, the prospects for further development and elimination of the gaps in legislation considered in the article are evaluated.
