Legal regulation of the review economic disputes in the Soviet state 1960-1970s

The article reveals the content of the main normative legal acts that regulated disputes between economic entities of the Soviet economy during the period of the most active development of the Soviet state arbitration (1960s - 1970s). It is noted that within this period, arbitration acquired procedural independence, which significantly brought it closer to the status of modern arbitration courts.
