The legal regulation of reformation of the higher legal education system in 1917-1921

The article analyses the reforming of the Soviet educational system in 1917-1921. The author focuses on the reorganization of the higher legal education. It is concluded, that despite the initial cancellation of lawyers' training, as early as by the early 1920-s in the course of implementation of the new economic policy, the government not only reformed the existing legal system, but also restored the system of legal education.
