Legal regulation of the reorganization of the legal entity on the Russian civil law

Аbstract. Legal regulation of the reorganization of entities is performed using the General mechanisms of legal regulation by the state bodies within their competence and in the prescribed manner of the system of legislative and normative acts. The current legislation provides few mechanisms for significant changes in the structure of assets of the economic entity (reorganization).
