Legal regulation of parental rights and responsibilities

This article discusses the issues of regulation of parental rights and responsibilities in relation to minor children, defines the features of the legal status of parents. The norms of legislation regulating the relations of parents and children are analyzed. Measures of responsibility of parents for non-compliance with their duties arising in connection with the upbringing of children are investigated.
