Legal regulation of public service advertising

The article analyzes the urgent questions of notions and features of public service advertising as a specific object of information legal relationship. The author concludes that the public service advertising in the contemporary Russian legislation is considered to be an independent information type. The notion of public service advertising is given; some problems of its legal regulation in Russia are analyzed.
