Legal regulation of creation and activity of temporary research teams in Republic of Belarus

In article the modern legislation of Republic of Belarus the regulating creation and activity of temporary research teams is analyzed. Temporary research team is one of the most favorable and actively used in Republic of Belarus form of the organization of research and development for obtaining new knowledge and ways of their application today.
