Legal regulation of customs control in the Russian Federation

Currently, there is an acute problem associated with the implementation of the preservation of the sovereignty and integrity of the Russian Federation. In order for citizens and legal entities, including government agencies, to receive quality goods, it is necessary to exercise control in this area. That is why the Federal Customs Service of the Russian Federation carries out its activities with the help of the implementation of state authorities. The safety and well-being of citizens depends on the quality and professionalism of their work, since the main task of the Federal Customs Service of the Russian Federation is to check goods and cargo imported and exported from the Russian Federation. This article refers to the fact that in some countries there are large purchases at customs, especially in the exclusive transport of narcotic drugs. The legal regulation on which the work regulations are based, as well as the very interaction of services, based on the goals set, is analyzed.
