Legal regulation of the budget reporting in the Russian Federation

This article analyzes the legal mechanism for regulating the procedure for maintaining budget reports in the Russian Federation. Budget reporting is an important and integral part of the process of financial management in the public sector and an instrument for the implementation of fiscal policy. The budget reporting contains a unified system of data on the financial and property status of the institution, as well as on the results of its economic activity, which is compiled on the basis of established forms according to budget accounting data.
