Legal regulation of freedom of conscience and freedom of religion in the Sakhalin region

Using the results of the case study, the author analyzes religious situation in the Sakhalin Region. The special attention is paid to the impact of migration on the religious situation in the region. The author analyzes the peculiarities of the regional normative practice in the sphere of freedom of conscience and religious freedom. The article also contains the data of monitoring religious situation, conducted by the Government of the Sakhalin Region.
