Legal regulation of the conclusion and dissolution of marriage with the participation of foreign persons and stateless

This article discusses problematic, conflict-of-laws issues related to the conclusion and dissolution of marriage of Russian citizens with foreign persons and stateless persons. The analysis carried out in this article will allow us to trace the trends of the current state of legal regulation of family relations complicated by a foreign element. The order and conditions of marriage, especially when registering the marriage of citizens of the Russian Federation with foreign citizens and stateless persons are investigated.
