Legal analysis of changes in state support measures for small and medium-sized businesses in the modern period

The article analyzes the changes in the provision of state support measures to small and medium-sized businesses in 2021-2022. The results of the study make it possible to consider the dynamics of the implementation of state aid measures, as well as the reaction to them on the part of business. It is worth noting that the list of protective measures for entrepreneurship initiated by the state is constantly expanding, which creates a favorable platform for business development. The present article proposes to divide them conditionally into the following groups: financial, property, consulting, informational and educational. The criteria for a comprehensive assessment of the effectiveness of measures of state support for small and medium-sized businesses are being introduced, which will make it possible to justify the need to prolong some of them, which have demonstrated high performance, or to identify “weak” places to intensify work on the definition of new algorithms to improve the sustainability of small and medium-sized businesses.
