The article deals with the latest changes in the legislation regulating relations in the field of construction of real estate. The author pays special attention to the modernization of the Federal law №214-FZ "on participation in shared construction of apartment buildings and other real estate objects and on amendments to some legislative acts of the Russian Federation", in the light of which the requirements for developers are significantly tightened.
