The paper analyzes theoretical and practical problematic legal issues caused by the influence of the legal mechanism of formation of municipal public chambers on the effectiveness of their further functioning. In order to improve the modern mechanism of formation of municipal public chambers, the study proposes a set of legal measures aimed at improving the content of relevant legal constructions.
