Legal mechanism of refusal to release a bankrupt citizen from performance of obligations

The article discusses the grounds for the courts to refuse to release a bankrupt citizen from further fulfillment of obligations based on the results of the procedure for the sale of property used in a bankruptcy case. The attempt made by the Supreme Court of the Russian Federation to distinguish between unfair and unreasonable behavior of the debtor is analyzed.
