Legal mechanism for protecting economic rights and freedoms and their implementation in a pandemic

The article examines the implementation of the mechanism of economic rights and freedoms, as well as the problems faced by the subjects of economic relations during the pandemic and the role it played in increasing the level of development of the mechanism.
