Legal nihilism and its overcoming: analytical review of approaches to understanding

This article is devoted to the analysis of approaches to the understanding of legal nihilism, as well as to the content of the process of its overcoming. The article reflects various interpretations of the concept of «legal nihilism», considers the different views of representatives of legal science on the essence of the process of overcoming legal nihilism and substantiates the need to improve the system of means and methods to combat legal nihilism.
