Бесплатный доступ

In the article, the author analyzes the influence of legal nihilism on the deviant behavior of young Russians. Most researchers tend to believe that "legal nihilism" as a "denial of law" has a detrimental effect on the aggravation of contradictions in society, especially on the consciousness of young people, who do not always have the opportunity to correctly comprehend various life situations and, as a result, right nihilism is associated with the growth of severe forms of deviations. The spread of legal nihilism among young people largely stems from their legal incompetence. The author concludes that in order to counteract right-wing nihilism associated with the spread of deviant forms of behavior, it is important to form deep beliefs in the younger generation from the family, society and the state, expressed in automatic thinking on value orientations and corresponding forms of right behavior.
