Бесплатный доступ

The author's theoretical and historical judgments about such phenomena as legal nihilism and legal positivism in Russian history are presented. It is noted that in Russia during the monarchical period, for a long time in the power structures there were no elected representatives from different groups of the population, there was significant class inequality, which created conditions for the deepening of legal nihilism. The situation improved somewhat in the Soviet state, but a significant change and the dominance of legal positivism were not achieved. Currently, the situation remains difficult, and to improve in Russia it is necessary to actively develop civil society.
